CitizenKit is a document preparation service. We provide immigration form preparation kits that guide users through completing immigration forms based on information they provide. Our service includes:

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required before receiving your completed kit. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a kit, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at the time of checkout.

Because immigration kits are digital products delivered upon purchase, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you purchased the wrong kit or have a concern about your order, contact us at help@citizenkit.co and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CitizenKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to: denial of an immigration application, delays in processing, or any other immigration outcome.

CitizenKit does not guarantee any immigration outcome. USCIS decisions are made solely by USCIS and are outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on citizenkit.co, including text, design, and software, is the property of CitizenKit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CitizenKit after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above.
