About CitizenKit

Immigration paperwork that actually makes sense.

CitizenKit was built for the millions of families navigating U.S. immigration on their own — without an attorney, without a translator, and often without anyone to ask.

Our Mission

Clear paperwork for every family.

Immigration forms are complex. The instructions are long, the requirements are specific, and the consequences of mistakes are serious. Most families either pay thousands of dollars for an attorney to handle it — or muddle through on their own, hoping for the best.

CitizenKit exists for the families in between. We take the complexity out of the paperwork. Our kits are built on official USCIS guidance, written in plain language, and designed to walk you through every form and every document — step by step.

We are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice. But for the straightforward immigration cases that make up the vast majority of filings — spouses, parents, children, naturalization, Green Card renewals — we believe you deserve a clear, complete, and confidence-building path forward.

What We Do

Document preparation — and nothing more.

CitizenKit does:

  • Guide you through the correct immigration forms for your specific situation
  • Pre-fill every form from your answers — no blank fields left to guess
  • Provide a personalized document checklist for everything you need to gather
  • Organize your complete filing packet in the correct USCIS order
  • Explain every step in plain, jargon-free language
  • Offer access to a Case Support Specialist with every kit

CitizenKit does not:

  • Provide legal advice or attorney-client representation
  • Handle complex cases with criminal history, prior removal orders, or waivers
  • Guarantee any outcome or USCIS decision
  • File on your behalf — you review, sign, and mail everything yourself
  • Replace the judgment of a qualified immigration attorney when one is needed

Support

A real person, not a chatbot.

Every CitizenKit includes access to a Case Support Specialist — a real person who understands immigration forms and can help you navigate questions about your specific kit. They are not attorneys, and they cannot give legal advice, but they can help you understand what a form is asking, what a document requirement means, and what to do if something is unclear.

You can reach us at help@citizenkit.co. We respond to every message.
